Product Specialist (KL-Based)

Job Descriptions:

  • Meet cycle & annual sales targets set by the company, and achieve market share growth through strategic planning and effective execution.
  • Plan and carry out sales and promotional activities to penetrate new markets, increase product visibility, and boost sales to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, sub-distributors, agents, and direct customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure effective territory management and coverage within Perak state.
  • Monitor and manage sales performance in assigned areas to ensure market coverage and effective distribution.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue new leads to grow the customer base within assigned territories.
  • Track industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide actionable feedback to management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, customer visits, pipeline status, and market updates.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure efficient use of sales, advertising, and promotional budgets for maximum return on investment.
  • Assist in organizing and representing the company at promotional events, trade exhibitions, customer/ product training, and seminars.
  • Uphold the company’s corporate image by maintaining excellent public relations.
  • To undertake any other assigned tasks by immediate superior.

Area of Coverage:

This position will be based at HQ (Kuala Lumpur), and required to travel within Klang Valley & Terengganu.

Product Specialist (Based in Sarawak)
