Product Specialist (Sabah)

Competency Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/ Professional Degree. Candidate with Science background will have an added advantage.
  • Preferred 1 year Sales experience dealing with healthcare professionals within pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fresh graduate with passion in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical is also encouraged to apply.
  • Mature, target-driven, self-motivated, innovative and proactive while able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel within assigned territories as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reporting tools.
  • Effective written and communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional).

Area of Coverage:
Required to travel within assigned territories in Sabah.

Customer Service Assistant (Protege Trainee)

Job Descriptions:

  • Preparing quotation.
  • Preparing invoice & delivery order.
  • Follow-up on back order, attend to customer enquiry.
  • Sales & marketing coordination.
  • Filing & documentation.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as and when required.

What will intern learn?

  • Service strategies which help Sales Representatives to provide quality customer service.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and provide the best solution.

Procurement Executive

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in procurement or supply chain; experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
  • English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-versed in procurement systems and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is an added advantage.
